Hello families. I would first like to thank everyone who participated in this fundraiser . Without a final count, it looks like a great turnout.  Attention to those who have not turned in their orders, please do so immediately. All orders and money must be turned in before the order is placed.  We cannot fill this order until all orders are in.  This fundraiser was over September 19th. Should you have any questions,  please call Tina Vergotz at 835-5046. Thank you again for your generous cooperation with this fundraiser.  Have a blessed week. Peacefully, Mrs. Vergotz

7 & 8 Grade Youth Group
I am looking for a parent to chair the 7th & 8th grade youth group for this year, as I am unable to continue on as chair. I am happy to help as much as needed to transition whomever is willing to take on this role, as well as help out in youth group areas throughout the school year. Being involved in this group for the last 2 years has been a very rewarding experience, as it's wonderful to see our kids develop into vibrant spiritual teens! I have organized details of past events, etc. to pass on. If you are interested in possibly taking on this role, please email me at chuckybrenda@verizon.com or phone 823-5670. Thank you! Brenda Barto

Girl Scouts

EXCITING GIRL SCOUT NEWS!

2nd Grade OLP Brownies
All for one, and one for all!
Saturday, September 13, 2014, the 2nd grade Brownies of OLP headed to Port Farms for the Scarecrow Building team building event. Our 2nd graders brought supplies they thought would make the perfect OLP Girl Scout scarecrow and worked together to construct their very first fall sculpture together. The girls strategized who would sew, cut, stuff, tie, and accessorize. It was fantastic to see these girls break off into their own groups to tackle their plan and construct their vision. Check out more pictures here https://flic.kr/s/aHsk2VCxuh Make sure you visit our scarecrow this fall season when you and your family visit Port Farms this fall season.
