All the necessary forms and the $50.00 registration fee must be in the school office by tomorrow, Tuesday, January 21, 2014, or your child may lose their spot.  There will be open registration beginning Thursday, January 23, 2014, for all parish families.  All other new families will have the opportunity to register at the Catholic Schools Week Open House on Sunday, January 26, 2014, from 10:00a.m. to 1:00p.m.

If you have another child that will be entering OLP for the first time, especially Preschool and/or Kindergarten, please print an application from the school website: www.olpcrusaders.org.  We will need to have the completed application returned to the school office by January 21, 2014, for both preschool and kindergarten to eighth grade, along with copies of the baptismal record (only if not baptized at OLP), birth certificate and immunization and health history.  If you are registering for preschool, you will also need to include the $50.00 non-refundable registration fee per preschool family.  This gives our current families the opportunity to register for all grades first.  If you are unable to print an application, please call the main office and we will be happy to sent one to you.
