It's that time to make the magic of friendship & community happen for our very own, Nick Hedderick. As we discussed, you are an incredible class of young adults who have created an amazing family at Our Lady of Peace over the past 8-9 years. You can now team together to hit a homerun for Nick by being a part of the Sunday, June 23rd OLP Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser preparations. You can take part in several ways. Please see the list below. Your family's confirmation in acknowledging this notification is greatly appreciated in supporting the class event. Please mark your calendars to help and to serve! Our monetary goal is $5,000. We already received $750.00 in contributions. We are on our way...
Your time is needed:- Tomorrow, Thursday, June 20th 7:00p.m. OLP Cafeteria - Meeting for 8th grade graduates and parent volunteers
- Saturday, June 22nd setup 12:00-3:00 PM at the OLP School Cafeteria
- Sunday, June 23rd all students need to help serve between 11:00 AM-6:00 PM
- Sunday, June 23rd clean-up 6:00 PM-7:00 PM (please bring an apron to ware)
Items needed:- Raffle baskets over a $25.00 value are needed. Please drop off at the OLP School Office M-F from 8:30 AM-3:30 PM (please feel free to be creative)
- Bake Sale items are requested from each family in allotments of a dozen or whole cakes, pies, etc. Please have the items packaged for sale at the spaghetti dinner. Drop off 6/22/13 between 12-3:00 PM
- All monetary donations can be provided via cash or check-made payable to Our Lady of Peace School, memo on the check stating spaghetti dinner or Nick Hedderick.
Grocery items needed for the dinner: (if you approach corporations for donations, click here for a letter attached for you to pass along) The quantities are listed in specified quantities. What is needed is in the "remaining" column".
