Lunch with Santa

For more information click here. Santa's Shop We are still in need of volunteers for this year's Santa Shop! Please consider helping during this most enjoyable day at school! This year the students will be shopping for their families on Thursday, December 13th, and Friday December 14th. We need people for all shifts: Thursday morning 8:45 - 11:45, Thursday afternoon - 12:15 - 3:00, Friday morning 8:45 - 11:45, and Friday afternoon 12:30 -3:00. Any amount of time is appreciated! We are also in need of the following items to make this wonderful event successful: Gift Bags, Tissue Paper, Bows, Self-Stick Gift Tags, Tape, and Wrapping Paper Please send in your donations after the Thanksgiving break. There will be a box in the gym to collect your donations. Thank you in advance for your generosity! Athletic Board
The OLP Athletic Board currently has two open seats for its general membership and are setting up interviews for interested candidates. Candidates must be a parent or guardian of a student attending Our Lady of Peace School and should be available to attend the monthly meeting held the first Tuesday of every month. The athletic board consist of twelve men and women whose mission is to broaden and enhance the education experience of our students in the Catholic Tradition by supporting their interests in athletics and in preparing the students for future participation in organized sports, while maintaining good sportsmanship.
Interested candidates should call Board President, Chris Kurpiewski at 836-0959, to schedule an interview.

2011-2012 Annual Report
The 2011 - 2012 OLP School Annual Report was mailed to parishioners, alumni and friends of OLP last week. In order to save on mailing costs, we will be sending a copy for each school family home with the youngest child today. If you are a parent and received one in the mail, please let us know. If you are a grandparent or a friend of OLP and did NOT receive one, please let us know that as well. You can send an email to: advancement@olpcrusaders.org. We are doing our best to update the mailing lists. We do however want to make sure you you receive this publication so you are up to date with all the great things that happen at OLP school!
