Administrative Information
Reminder: Early Release 9/16

This is a friendly reminder that next Wednesday, September 16, is our first early release. On early release days, school gets out at 12:45. Please remember to pick up your child/ren at this time, or to make other arrangements.
Early Release Busing Information
Early Release (and revised) pick up times: Please click here for the Early Release Schedule and a few drop off time changes (on regular release days). The drop off times have all been shifted 150 minutes earlier than the normal time as our buses are due to depart the school on early release days by 12:55pm vs 3:25pm.

IMPORTANT Drop off details: JME Transit is putting a Drop Off Policy into place for greater safety & security of the students. Please read what happens if an adult is not at the stop. If you would like to provide permission for your child to walk home from the stop you must complete the BUS CHANGE order (below) for the student to be released from the bus without an adult. Otherwise, always plan to be at the stop 3-5 minutes before the bus is due to arrive. AND equally important, please have a back up plan if you are not able to be there. Other parents at the stop may be open to exchanging phone numbers for this purpose. Student safety is a primary concern and we do not want children to be left alone at a stop for any reason.

BUS CHANGE order: If your child(ren) is/are not riding the bus am/pm or there is a change to bus permissions, stops or otherwise - please use the bus change order form so that the information can be correctly conveyed to the bus company. You should also notify the office and expect the link to the bus change order in reply even if you have already completed the bus change order. For field trips, it is not necessary to complete the bus change order form. The school will contact JME for large group bus absences.

Supply Donation 2015-2016
Each year TCGIS asks for a supply donation from our families to help cover the extra costs of our German curriculum, including disposable Hefte, or workbooks, purchased each year. The suggested donation is $75 per child. For all families that have already made a donation, vielen Dank! This donation makes it possible for TCGIS to provide our students with the best German materials available. If you would like to make a donation, please do so in the front office. We appreciate your support!
