Realigning priorities:
Geez, I've been in the consumer audio/video business for 43 years. I started Rich Jackson 3 years ago so I would not be vulnerable to the whims of any given employer. My business keeps getting better and better.
I have always put my customer first, and everything else falls into place. My great grandfather donated mattresses by those displaced by the 1906 earthquake. Being customer centric is part of my DNA.
I have slimmed down my line card to better serve both my customer and manufacturer, and as of April 1 will represent 8 manufacturers that "get it", and let me manage my respective territories.
We are collectively in the business of providing superior solutions and exceeding expectations.
An email will be going out next Wednesday on Access Networks. If we can't make money on the mobile internet devices being used by our customers, we surely can by providing an enterprise grade network they depend on. I want to thank everyone for making my 2012 my best year ever and for James Loudspeaker for honoring me as their rep of the year for the second consecutive year. Passion. Perseverance. Patience.
