LET'S TALK ABOUT US
Once requests are received, MR engineers conceptualize and draft designs rapidly and efficiently. The designs are then realized in full 3D forms, using the powerful design tool "VISI" from Vero, allowing customers and designers to easily visualize their final product. Once 2D and 3Ddesignsare finalized, they are sent to MR's state-of-the-art machine shop for production.
Our products often require a series of analysis for quality control. Through strict adherence to hand-calculations and required guidelines, MR's expert engineers assess product precision, seeking to optimize all products, per customer request, with timely updates during the redesign and finalization stages.
Our manufacturing abilities and strict adherence to quality is second to none. MR's machine shop is equipped to produce a wide variety of machines to fulfill the various needs of our customers. Furthermore, our streamlined production process requires engineers and workers to act closely in order to prevent mistakes. We believe that close communication among employees and with customers is crucial to ensuring quality and timely products.
Our Quality Control involves an analysis of each blueprint, plan, and component. Then, the most critical dimensions are chosen to assure the highest quality possible after production. Each part is individually inspected and controlled to ensure that the decided dimensions were adhered too. Out of each component batch, random samples are taken and hand-measured, and then those precise measurements are recorded for customer satisfaction purposes. Upon customer request, each hand-measurement will be verified and shipped along with the product for customer certification. All products measuring to be outside certified tolerances are either corrected or rejected, and will by no means hinder the completion time table.
Customer Service - handled by MR management staff through constant adherence to quality client communication and product manufacturing. Our constant staff availability allows MR to provide clients with quick responses and efficient product design corrections. All special requests are strongly considered and often obliged, especially in regards to production status updates. |
