4th USA Science & Engineering Festival Latest News 
We are so excited to announce the dates for the 4th USA Science & Engineering Festival! Once again, we will bring the largest celebration of STEM to the D.C. Convention Center and the dates are set for April 16-17, 2016! 
 
Latest Festival News: To keep the momentum going from the excitement of the 3rd USA Science & Engineering Festival, the 4th Festival will kick off with the return of our year round programs including Nifty Fifty (x4), the X-STEM School Program and much more!

The inaugural X-STEM Symposium featured interactive presentations from some of the top scientists and engineers in the country. Over 4,000 students were captivated by speakers exploring ocean discoveries, space travel, shark and ray fossils, medical breakthroughs, and much, much more! The 2014 X-STEM Symposium, geared towards students K-12, was such a huge success and we have decided to bring it back in the spring of 2015 and 2016! Stay tuned for more information!

World's Largest STEM Event Impacts Thousands
Nearly 800 volunteers and exhibitors brought the Lockheed Martin 2014 USA Science & Engineering Festival pavilion to life last April 25-27, including more than 40 hands-on demonstrations from across the enterprise in the areas of nanotechnology, data analytics, robotics, energy, advanced aeronautics, and scientific discovery. We are working hard to improve the program based on the feedback from the teachers and students who participated last year. Don't worry, the basics will remain, the X-STEM School program will still focus on promoting STEM education in the community and serve as a platform for STEM youth leaders to encourage their peers to learn more about the Festival and all that the STEM field has to offer.
