X-STEM School Ambassador

Program Announcement

We will be announcing the X-STEM School Ambassador Program

at the February 2nd Volunteer meeting!

We are currently registering X-STEM Schools for our new X-STEM Ambassador program.  X-STEM Schools have vibrant STEM Outreach Programs and encourage youth STEM leadership. Our X-STEM Schools will have five X-STEM Ambassadors who will educate their school about USA Science & Engineering Festival School programs as well as support local STEM Outreach at their schools and in their community.  X-STEM Schools get priority in requesting all Festival programs such as Nifty Fifty, School Bus Grants, and School Exhibit grants. REGISTER X-STEM School.

As a reward for their service, each X-STEM Ambassador will earn tickets to our X-STEM Symposium, Thursday, April 24th, 2014.  X-STEM is a special "Extreme" symposium for middle and high school students featuring interactive presentations by an exclusive group of visionaries who aim to empower and inspire kids about careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). These STEM role models and industry leaders are sure to ignite your students' curiosity through storytelling and live demonstrations.

Come to the meeting to to learn more about this exciting opportunity.  X-STEM School Ambassador Program
