A team of Counselor Education doctoral students, with the support of Professor Rick Gressard, confronted the ethical dilemmas raised by fictional scenarios to earn top honors in the American Counseling Association's Graduate Student Ethics Competition.

Lecture addresses needs of Black and Latino Student Achievers     

The public is invited to the Hornsby Distinguished Lecture by Professor Shaun R. Harper, Ph.D. on March 12. Much of Professor Harper's lecture will be framed around key findings from a study recently finished in NYC public schools: SUCCEEDING IN THE CITY REPORT.

Tracy L. Cross, Executive Director of the Center for Gifted Education, donned Dublin City University regalia during a recent visit to Dublin. As a visiting professor, Cross was invited to participate in a ceremony honoring U.S. Senator George Mitchell.
2014 Conference on Higher Education Pedagogy  
This year the national, and increasingly international, scope of the CHEP conference provided a forum for sharing best practices and networking with professionals to improve college teaching and learning. Fifteen students, faculty members and staff from W&M presented at the poster sessions.
