Professor Gail McEachron honored by Reves Center

The Reves Center for International Studies has announced its 2013 faculty fellows. Gail McEachron, Professor in Curriculum and Instruction and Director of the ESL Dual Endorsement Program has been recognized for her research on comparative language support for ethnic minorities.  

Jamel Donnor

Book edited by Jamel K. Donnor addresses Resegregation of Schools    

Education and Race in the Twenty-First Century has been edited by Jamel K. Donnor, assistant professor in the School of Education at the College of William and Mary. His research interests include examining race in education and American society.
Pam Eddy
Following a visit in the fall of 2011, when the College of William and Mary hosted Dr. Gagik Demirjian, head of Doctoral Studies at the Gyumri State Pedagogical Institute (GSPI) in Armenia, as a visiting IREX Fellow, Dr. Pamela Eddy was invited to Armenia to meet with their leaders, faculty and students at the Institute.

Mark Harris Internationalization - envision a common future with better life conditions for all
The William and Mary Higher Education Student Association (HESA) in cooperation with the Reves Center hosted a presentation by Mark Harris who described the development and implementation of a global education consortium, consisting of eight 2-3 year colleges/institutions.

The Algernon Sydney Sullivan (non-student) award was presented at Commencement to Associate Vice President for Development Earl T. Granger III, BA 1992, MED 1998 in recognition of his heart, mind and helpfulness to others.
