Fertilize Your Rosebushes With Banana Peels
It turns out that rose bushes need their potassium too!

Here's how: It's simple, just throw a couple of banana peels into the hole before planting your rose bush. If your rose bush is already planted, place the banana peels under the mulch surrounding the bush. Either of these two methods will allow the banana peels to compost and in turn give your bush what it needs to produce bigger blooms and more of them.

If you like quick meals - healthy ingredients - and you love Indian food,

this recipe is a must.

I happened to have a few pounds of cod fish that needed to be cooked and decided to search the web for an Indian dish. I didn't have a whole lot of time, but I wanted the flavor of an entire day in the kitchen.

I came across the most fantastic recipe through Steamy Kitchen, Inc., promoting the recipes of Entice With Spice: Easy Indian Recipes for Busy People, by Shubhra Ramineni.

What an amazing dish. Instead of using a ready-made curry paste, the recipe guides you through the process of making your own (10-minutes). The dish is warming but not spicy. It's dairy free. Gluten free. And delicious for lunch or dinner.
