2 cinnamon sticks
¼ tsp. allspice, cloves, and nutmeg
Skin of one orange
2 cups of water
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and simmer on low. Replenish as the water evaporates to keep the sweet spicy smells of winter swirling through your home.

Simplify Your Day With a Crock Pot Dinner
The cold winter months makes this warming beef dish irresistable. It's easy to make, delicious to eat, and will warm you to the bone! Follow these instructions precisely and you will have a crockpot recipe to cherish for years to come.
Base Ingredients
7-bone chuck roast
Oil
Kosher salt
black pepper
spicy mustard
1 large onion
3 stalks celery
4 medium carrots
5 large cloves of garlic
Rinse the roast and pat dry. Sprinkle generously on both sides with kosher salt and pepper. Lather a few tablespoons of spicy mustard over the salt and pepper on one side. Set aside.
