The Maricopa County Medical Society (MCMS) has supported the Arizona Coalition for Tomorrow (ACT) Kids Health Fair for over 15 years. It is because of volunteers like you that the ACT Health Fair is able to provide medical screenings to at-risk children who are eligible for metropolitan Phoenix Head Start programs, but lack appropriate medical clearances. In some cases, the care provided at the fair is the only medical attention they will receive during the year.

This all-volunteer event addresses the full spectrum of health requirements: transportation to and from the children's neighborhoods, all appropriate medical screenings and immunizations, establishing and updated medical records, and arranging emergency or continuing care as needed. Over 20,000 children have been screened to date.

This year's ACT Kids Health Fair is Saturday, September 27, 2014. Please consider donating a few hours of your time to help in this worthy cause.
