2. H.R. 4015, the SGR Repeal and Medicare Provider Payment Modernization Act of 2014, is waiting for Congress's vote.
3. Will you please co-sponsor H.R. 4015 today?
4. The bill will get rid of the SGR, provide positive annual updates, improve current Medicare quality reporting programs, and create incentives to improve quality.
5. It has the support of surgeons, primary care physicians and all of medicine.
6. It also has bipartisan support in the House and Senate.
7. Congress must finish its work and bring the bill for a vote, before a 24 percent SGR cut occurs on April 1.
8. Absolutely no more fiscally-irresponsible patches.
9. It's time to end the SGR and create a new Medicare physician payment system that supports high-quality patient-centered healthcare.
