Starting today, all WRAR Members may now register to attend the RCASENC's annual Commercial Day event, which features the Chief Economist from the National Association of REALTORS® Lawrence Yun. Lawrence will deliver his local economic report for the Wilmington-metro area in relation to the commercial real estate and housing markets. He will also offer an economic forecast of what's to come.
On September 21 at 12 Noon EDT, registration for this event will be opened up to the public, so please register soon to guarantee your seat! Bayshore and Chesnut Hills Have Been SNAP©-ped
On Saturday, September 12, 2015, homeowners engaged in REALTOR®-led service projects in both the Bayshore and Chesnut Heights communities of Wilmington as a part of the Strong Neighbors Action Program. In Bayshore, the group cleaned up the neighborhood boat ramp area and spread out new gravel, while the folks in Chestnut Heights began painting the rails over the bridges near Burnt Mill Creek.
