N.C. Adds More Jobs than Homes
North Carolina has a disproportionate amount of job growth in relation to home construction, according to a report released by NCAR. The ratio of jobs created over the three-year period ending in the first quarter of 2014 relative to new single-home construction starts over this period was 1.5 jobs for every home built, the report illustrates. Though a few factors are at play, it boils down to supply not meeting demand. Read More

MLS DEFINITIONS
Did You Know... That REO does not necessarily imply foreclosure?

When identified as "Y" for REO, the definition will be a lending institution now owns the property (this does NOT apply to relocation or third-party ownership). Lending institutions may own property that has not gone through a foreclosure. Should an agent need to define the ownership to exclude foreclosure, they may use the NonPublic Remarks to identify other types of sales. An example would be: Estate Sale or Trust Sale. When marked, "N" a lending institution does not own the property. This field continues to be mandatory.

To review all definitions: Login into WRAR.com, then go to Departments >
Technology & MLS > MLS Definitions (Click Here if already logged in.)
