Happy Thanksgiving! WRAR Office Closed Thursday and Friday
In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, your Association office will be closed on November 22 & 23. The office will be open and back on regular schedule November 26. Happy Thanksgiving!

Correcting a Property Disclosure Form Prior to 01/01/13?
NCREC says: For those properties placed on the market prior to January 1, 2013 that require a corrected Disclosure Statement pursuant to G.S. 47E-7, the new form will be used. You will find the new form on NCREC.gov under Consumer Forms and by the following link: Residential Property and Owners' Association Disclosure (effective as of January 1, 2013). More info about the new form is also available on page one of the October 2012 Bulletin.

On Monday, October 1, your local, state & national dues statements were emailed to you via the email address that you currently have on file with us. Credit card processing for dues will not occur until November 19th. All dues must be paid by December 31, 2012 or your membership terminates. All dues are non-refundable. Mold can be removed with soap and water and a little bleach, if required.
