Important Notice about Your Dues Statements
On Monday, October 1, your local, state & national dues statements were emailed to you via the email address that you currently have on file with us. Credit card processing for dues will not occur until November 19th. All dues must be paid by December 31, 2012 or your membership terminates. All dues are non-refundable. If you have any specific questions regarding this, please call the WRAR office at (910) 762-7400. Thank you for your membership!

 MLS Listing Syndication Seminar
On Wednesday, October 17, beginning at 10:30AM at The Terraces on Sir Tyler - Brian Larson, our MLS attorney, will be with us to discuss listing syndication. Much has happened in this area including national firms who are no longer syndicating listings. Brian's perspective is unique as he crafted the first broker-reciprocity policy (now known as IDX) in the nation. He is actively involved in MLS Policy issues and serves as the general counsel to many MLSs. The morning session will begin at 10:30AM, but seating is limited to 200.
