To keep your vehicle organized, the number one thing you need is a garbage can or bag.  Please make sure you have a place to put any trash because the key to organizing is "everything needs a home".  There are some beautiful products out there if you need something aesthetically pleasing but an ordinary plastic bag over the arm rest works too.  Keep a small stash of plastic bags in your car so you always have a spare bag.  Once you have this in place, please dispose of this bag regularly to avoid odours.
