First Annual Edible Books Contest!
Monday, April 8. Please call Emma Weiler at 978-664-4942 if you'd like to participate.
This is a family event.

Monet's Mirror, Pastel Painting Workshop with Gregory John Maichack,

Happening this month:

Spring Story times are still happening! 
 
TODDLER TALES - Tuesdays at 9:30am. For ages 1 - 2 1/2. April 2, 9th

PRESCHOOL STORY TIME - Thursdays at 9:30am. For ages 3 - 5.  April 4, 11th.

BABIES AND BOOKS - Thursdays at 10:30am. For ages 0 - 12+ months. April 4, 11th.

STORIES AND SONGS - Fridays at 9:30am. For ages 2 - 3 1/2.  April 5th.

LEGO CLUB - Tuesday, April 2nd at 4:00 pm.  For grades 3 - 6.  Registration required. 

EDIBLE BOOK CONTEST - Monday, April 8th.  There is still time to plan your entry into our first annual Edible Book Contest.  Entries due on April 8th by 4:00pm.  Reception and prizes awarded April 8th at 7:00pm.  Contest rules available at the Flint Memorial Library and the North Reading High School Library.

SCHOOL VACATION ACTIVITIES:
LEGO CLUB Jr. - Tuesday, April 16th @ 2:00.  For grades K - 2.  Registration required.

STUFFED ANIMAL SLEEPOVER - Tuesday, April 16th @ 6:30 AND Wednesday, April 17th @ 1:00.

Bring your stuffed animal or doll to the library for a special story time on Tuesday night. Make a name-tag and tuck them in. Then leave your stuffie to have a special sleepover of their very own!

On Wednesday, pick up your stuffie along with photographs documenting their special night.

 

RAPTORS - Live Animal Exhibit.  Thursday, April 19th @ 10:00.  Come by the library and learn about birds of prey and see live hawks, owls and more! Sponsored by the Friends.

 
Y.A.B. Craft Event - Cupcake Decorating
Thursday, April 18th at 4:00pm. Join members of the Youth Advisory Board and other kids to decorate spring cupcakes.     

DROP-IN CRAFTS - 3rd Wednesday of the Month.   Wednesday, April 17th from 3:00 - 4:45 pm. 

EARTH DAY CRAFT - Book Hedgehogs. Monday, April 22nd @ 4:00.   Recycle old books into cute hedgehogs.  Decorate your hedgehog with buttons, googly eyes, and duct tape.  The library is joining other North Reading groups to celebrate Earth Day. 

MUSIC WITH DARA - Friday, April 26th @ 10:00 AM.
