Josh/Layl or Layl/Josh?
The 21st annual Art A Whirl is this weekend. Josh and Layl have participated in all but the 1st event. Starting out in our NE studio our 3rd floor attic studio back in 1996 we have been inviting the public in to see how we make our artistic endeavors ever since. We estimate tens of thousands of people have visited us over the past 20 years in our three different studios. Art A Whirl was and has been a huge part of our connecting to the larger community and sharing our process of making our work. We believe it is one of the most important aspects of being artists that everyone gets an opportunity to understand how art is created. Art is a mysterious part of the human experience and getting a chance to touch the tools, talk to creators and surround yourself with creativity can only enhance all of our lives. Please stop in and check out our newest ventures!
Layl will be offering FREE mini classes for two hours on Saturday.  Join her from 12:00 to 2:00pm on Saturday, May 21st to make your own "Silly Milly" that you can take home and bake in your own oven.

Start your Art A Whirl experience at Clay Squared to Infinity. Why? Free parking, pick up your Art A Whirl catalog, get a snack at SIP Coffee, then take the trolley to get around the rest of the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District.
