Join Leslie this October at the beautiful Coastal Mountain Sporthaus in Vernonia for some soul nurturing time away. Steep in your yoga practice with lots of time for quiet and contemplation, too. In addition to yoga we will enjoy beautiful views, soaking in the hot tub, short hikes to watch the salmon spawn and to gather wild mushrooms. You'll come away with a sense of ease and spaciousness to take you into the end of 2015 consciously and calmly.
