Your time on your yoga mat is special to you
and you wouldn't give it up for anything.

Even so:
  • do you sometimes wish that feeling you have in yoga were with you more often
  • do you still get stressed or busy and forget to breathe?
  • or do you want yoga to be a bigger part of your life, but are not sure how?
Yoga is so much more than the poses you do on your mat.

- You know that! -

So maybe NOW is the time to take that next step to bring yoga more fully into your life.

This is your last chance to learn about the 2015 HeartSong Yoga Immersion.

This 4 month program could be your doorway into enriching your life - day to day, moment to moment through yoga. 1 weekend each month in February, March, April and May, you will have the opportunity for deepening your study of:
  • Yoga asana (postures)
  • Pranayama (breathing
  • Anatomy
  • AND Yoga Philosophy + Lifestyle

You will learn:
  • yogic concepts that help you understand yourself more fully so you can finally change those thinking patterns that keep you stressed
  • deeper breathing practices that affect your nervous system and leave you feeling more peaceful
  • home practice sequences that give you greater daily access to practice so yoga finally feels like who you are not just something you do

"(In this program) I feel that I have awakened my humanness, compassion and connectedness, sense of belonging - to myself, to others; in a way that I did not have before."

~Sophie Greenberg

".... it was a truly transformative experience beyond what I could ever have imagined! I learned a lot about myself and had some areas of personal healing that came about because of that exploration. It changed my body, mind, and spirit, and gave me the tools to help yoga become a sustaining force in my life."

~Sheri Johnson

"What I came away with through self-study and philosophy of yoga was a deeper perspective of myself: as a wife, a mother, student. I enjoyed exploring areas in which there were struggles to deepen my practice and understanding of yoga. I have learned to better balance my life."

~ Heather Russell
