Yoga for Moms...  Prenatal Yoga with Amarylis Morrow
Current 6 week series meets on Sundays, Jan 4 - Feb. 8 Pro-rating is available, so start anytime.
Designed to meet the needs of women in all stages of pregnancy, these classes will help moms-to-be build courage, strength, peace and harmony in preparation for birth and transition into motherhood.
Classes are appropriate for all experience levels.

The beginning of a new year is a great time to jump-start new, healthy habits. If you or someone you know has been thinking of trying yoga, our 4 week beginners series will provide the perfect foundation to do so.
Great whether you're brand new or want a refresher course on the basics.

Taught by a certified yoga teacher who is also a tech-industry veteran, this workshop and series will feature a simple, accessible yoga practice you can use in your home and cubicle. Come and stretch the parts of your body that need it most!
