July 17th - Fired Up by Summer's Heat?
Cool Down with Ayurveda

Whether you love the heat or prefer to hide from it, summer is here and that means Pitta season is also upon us.

When in balance, Pitta drives our digestion. But when we become overheated, it can prove very effective to engage in cooling yogic practices, eat cooling foods, and even think cooling thoughts!

Here's a simple recipe for Cilantro Coconut Chutney: a tasty way to help calm the fire of pitta. Makes a great condiment for your favorite summer meals!
