December 27th- Salute the Sun!

The winter solstice has come and gone, leaving us ready to celebrate the return of the light in earnest. In support of this desire, we hope you'll join us on New Year's Day for a very special practice of 108 Sun Salutations to help celebrate all the wonderful possibilities in store and ring in the new year with intention. This is a free class-- all you need to bring is good humor, a light heart and your sweet presence! Don't think you can do all 108? That's OK--really. There will be plenty of modifications and alternatives offered throughout the class. Here are the details:
