Customer Service through the Customers eyes Engage with our customer service expert, Karin Fowler as she examines all types of customers and shares insight on how to serve them better, while improving ourselves in the process, by looking at situations through our their eyes.

Driving the Implementation of a Sustainable Lean Transformation Measurable return on investments keep multiplying for our clients who are in the process of implementing a sustainable Lean transformation. (Yes, we are beaming with pride!)
Our Lean team, led by George Friesen has recently delivered thirteen sessions of Kaizen Thinking to six clients, launched the Idea Board for fifteen clients and implemented the 5S System for over 20 companies.

Continuing Education Healthcare Occupations Catalog Registration is now open for
St. Louis Community College Continuing Education's healthcare occupations training programs in phlebotomy, pharmacy technician certification and the new central sterile processing technician certification training.
Register in person for all healthcare occupations only at the Forest Park campus, G Tower 322-324. Bring ALL prerequisites that are required at time of registration. Payment is due at time of registration.
