MoManufacturers partnersStressing the importance of investing in advanced manufacturing, U.S. Secretary of Labor, Hilda Solis, announced that St. Louis Community College, will be the statewide grant administrator leading a consortium of public community and technical colleges for the approximately $15 million Missouri Manufacturing Workforce Innovation Networks (MoManufacturingWINS) initiative. Through the initiative, 3,300 trade-impacted and long-term unemployed Missouri workers will receive training and earn industry-recognized credentials for high demand advanced manufacturing careers.
