Greetings From Amber

Hi! This is Amber Aycox. I'm a missionary in training at Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas. I am writing to let you know a little about myself, to hear my heart and see if you will join me as I head "down the road" to my mission calling. Thank you in advance for taking the time to read my story and see where I am heading.

I was asked to sing in this music video by Chelsea Groomer for her university class project. The song is about a soul that becomes awakened. My soul is stirred to go to Mozambique to help children and the poor of that nation.

Completing Mission Training

My journey from Christ For The Nations to the mission field is nearly complete!

To finish my graduate studies from CFNI, I have chosen to embark on a journey to Mozambique, AFRICA, to work with Iris Ministries, founded by Rolland & Heidi Baker. Amber's Graduation

CFNI partners with many ministries world-wide in order for mission students like myself, to receive the best training-in the classroom and on the field. It also enables us to continue in a particular field in mission service.

The three month training will be the completion of my 3 year training at Christ For The Nations.

What's Field Training For? Field training will teach me to use everything I learned in the classroom this past semester.

I will learn how to lead outreaches to the poorest villages in Africa, using the Jesus film in their language. I will have additional classes while I am there adjusting me to the culture and language. I will lead in worship, learn how to conduct Gospel crusades, participate in church services, and learn how to live in a culture very unlike my own. In summary this is the "hands-on basics" of mission work. I can't wait to begin this adventure!

Join My Adventure To Mozambique

Because of the many dreams and visions I have had of various people groups all over the world and the deep desire of my heart to awaken the lost to Jesus and because of the prompting of the Holy Spirit to journey to those lands with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and with the training I have received at CFNI I know that I am called to GO!

Mozambique Map God has shown me where my life will make the most difference and produce the greatest impact for Him-MISSIONS.

I would love to include each one of you in the mission journey He has spoken to me about this year.

The total cost for the tuition for CFNI and Iris Ministry, plane tickets, shots, visas, room/board, and transportation will be $6,000. April is the month I need secure my plane tickets, so $3,000 is necessary by April 5th. I pray you will GO with me!

Mozambique Field School
