Governor Cuomo's Greener Cleaner New York 

Governor Andrew Cuomo was the former Secretary of HUD and was appointed to President Bill Clinton's Council for Sustainable Development and is implementing UN Agenda 21 with full force in the State of New York.   Below is the regional map created by Governor Cuomo designed to transfer power from local politicians to regional, unelected boards who are NOT accountable to the citizens, who were not voted in by the citizens, and who will not be able to be voted out by the citizens in the State of New York.
