Dinner Schedule

Yum! 

Thanks to all who have signed up to feed our youth this year. We are nearly all scheduled. Dates and family names are listed below. Do please note dates at which all youth are asked to contribute food to a potluck. Details for each event will follow closer to their dates.

A few families are still needed to deliver dinner to youth group. Please let Mary know if you can provide dinner. 

 

Meals needn't be elaborate, but should feed 15-20 people and accommodate vegetarians. Favorite foods include build your own foods with meat and vegetarian options such as salads, tacos, burritos, sandwiches, baked potatoes, and pasta. Please try to avoid pizza as that is our back up meal plan. Trinity provides drinks, dishes, and dessert. We eat at the beginning of youth group, at 6:00 p.m. so plan to deliver by then. Host families are welcome to join us for dinner.

Can we play at your house? We need hosts for our youth for a February 7th Super Bowl Party or the May 29th End of Year Party. Youth will bring the food. You need only provide the party zone.

We still need a family to volunteer to bring dinner this Sunday by 6:00 on October 11 to Trinity Hall.
