Deceptive Freestyle Concerts
Hurt Us All!!!
An epidemic of deceptive Freestyle concerts have clouded the market, and fans everywhere are becoming wary of attending these high priced events.
Broken groups, bitter managers and greedy producers and promoters have been responsible for this practice and the only one's truly suffering are the fans.
A new law has passed . The SB53 Act which states that the recording and performing artist must be clearly distinguished. In other words, if the act performing did not in fact record the songs they are performing, then the billing must clearly state so with out any form of word play or trickery.
If you attend an event where you feel you have been deceived into believing that the act performing was in fact the original, then you have the right to request a full refund, and if the promoters refuse to grant it to you, then contact us and we'll help you Free of charge.
