JVS Chicago's Career Moves program recently began to use the team approach to job seeking.  A Job Search Work Team goal is for teammates to assist one another - pulling together to find employment.  Results have been impressive; two-thirds of the first Job Search Work Team participants have found work.

He lives close to the Metra, so a downtown location would be easy for him to access.

Jourden
is interested in working in a retail store, preferably one that sells clothing. Jourden completed a training program, where she had the opportunity to train both in a food service and retail environment. Jourden is polite, and has good customer service skills. She would like to work in the far northwest suburbs.
