In addition, if you have been FINGERPRINTED WITH PUSD, I am asking that you send me a copy of your volunteer or employeebadge.  A copy of your badge on file will make it so much easier for the front office to verify that our list of chaperones have been cleared through the district.   Even though you, as a parent, do not need to submit any additional information once you have been fingerprint cleared, our front office needs to re-verify your clearance and a copy of your badge will make that process quicker and easier.  Really appreciate if we can get that rolling now by receiving those copies.  So please, dust off your badge, make a copy and send it to my email address below.
