At the age of 19, Orin Seybert of Pilot Point founded Peninsula Airways when he purchased a Tri-Pacer. Today, the airline is one of the largest regional carriers in Alaska, and the primary carrier for Bristol Bay and Eastern Aleutians. Federal Reserve Bank of SF
The Federal Reserve System is the country's central banking system, created in 1913. Its duties today are to conduct monetary policy, supervise and regulate banking institutions, maintain the stability of the financial system and provide financial services banks, domestic and foreign governments. San Francisco is the headquarters of the Twelfth Federal Reserve District, which includesAlaska and eight western states. The District ranks first in the size of its economy, earning around 21 percent of the nation's total personal income in 2011. Their community development section helps organizations like SWAMC with conferences and community meetings.

Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute
ASMI is a public-private partnership between the State of Alaska and the Alaska seafood industry, established to foster economic development. ASMI plays a key role in positioning Alaska's seafood industry as a competitive market-driven food production industry. Its work to boost the value of Alaska's seafood products portfolio is accomplished through partnerships with retail grocers, foodservice distributors and operators, restaurant chains, universities, culinary schools and the media. ASMI also functions as a brand manager of the Alaska Seafood family of brands.
Pebble Limited Partnership
Located in Southwest Alaska, Pebble is one of the largest concentrations of copper, gold, molybdenum and silver in the world. One of the project's goals is to bring economic sustainability to the Bristol Bay region in the form of jobs and new business development. The Pebble Partnership is dedicated to being a strong community partner, facilitating opportunity and sustainability, and committed to developing a prospective mine plan that provides long-term economic benefits to local communities, while protecting environmental values.

The Aleut Corp.
TAC is one of the thirteen RNCs, established in 1972 under the terms of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act. TAC communities are in the Aleutian Region, situated between the Alaska Peninsula and the western tip of Attu and the Pribilofs, in addition to numerous communities in between. The Aleut Corporation is committed to promoting economic, cultural, and social growth for its shareholders through its subsidiaries, partnerships and foundation.

Another RNC from southwest, BBNC continues the tradition of exploration and cooperation, with more than 9,100 shareholders living everywhere from Bristol Bay to Anchorage, Fairbanks, Seattle, Puerto Rico, New Zealand, and places in between. Their commitment is, as it has always been, to enrich the lives of their people through economic development, employment and educational opportunities, and responsible resource management.
City of King Cove
"King Cove is just beginning its second century as one of southwest Alaska's premier fishing communities, where fish and renewable energy are the cornerstones of sustainability!" The predominantly Aleut fishing community is situated in a narrow valley overshadowed by rugged mountains reaching down to the water's edge, in the midst of a storm corridor, which often brings extreme weather. The economy depends on the year-round commercial fishing and seafood processing industries.
City of Unalaska
Unalaska, located near the marine highway between Asia and North America and in the heart of the healthy and robust North Pacific/Bering Sea fisheries, is a vibrant mix of industry and history. Unalaska's economy is based primarily on commercial fishing, seafood processing, fleet services and marine transportation. About a million tons of frozen seafood is shipped to domestic and international markets annually, making Dutch Harbor first in the nation for catch and first or second in the nation in value of the catch for more than 20 years.
