EEC Program Quality Conference



This year's conference will focus on Continuous Quality
Improvement. Through the lens of reflective practice, workshops will address innovative programming, strategies for educators, and best practices for improving quality in early education, family child care and out of school time programs.



When:
This a full day conference and will be held twice, Friday, November 18, 2016 and Saturday, November 19, 2016 to meet the scheduling needs of our Educators.

8:00AM-3:15PM

 Doubletree Hotel, Westborough, MA

(includes 5 EEC Training Hours and Lunch)
The FY2017 Early Education and Out of School Time (EEOST) Grant Program has begun. This program awards grants, of up to one million dollars (1,000,000), to large group early education and out of school time programs for major capital building projects. The Department of Early Education and Care(EEC) has worked closely with the Community Economic Assistance Development Corporation (CEDAC) and its affiliate, the Children's Investment Fund (CIF), in the development of the pre-application.



Information sessions will be held on Thursday October 6, 2016 in Worcester and Springfield.
