Stephanie best
Dear REAL Parenting Followers,

De-stress yourselves. You will have more fun with your kids when you empower them to become independent, thinking human beings with whom you can enjoy having fun. Take a parenting class, ideally with your co-parent.

One parent who just finished my class wrote on her evaluation, "My husband and I are on the 'same page' and can support each other better." She added, "A lot of the information is 'common sense' but not something you may naturally think of as parents, so it's nice to know it's something we can all do."

Both my late summer and fall classes are on my website. Details on my late summer classes are spelled out below.

Please forward to those you know who might be interested.

Warmly,

Stephanie Bryan, LCSW, CAC III

Helpful Resource: Success Strategies 4 Kids
Sherry Lewis, LPC, Success Strategies 4 Kids, is committed to making important, life-impacting, personal and social skills, available to kids, providing them with powerful strategies for getting along with others successfully, and living life well. These skills impact, and in large part determine happiness, and even success of any individual's life.

I attended her Secrets of Friendships workshop with my granddaughter and experienced first-hand how she runs her groups. (Parents are encouraged to "ease drop" in the waiting room so that you can help your child continue the conversation and practice the skills we talk about.) She also teaches Alternatives to Anger workshops for grade schoolers and teens.
