Welcome back and Congratulations to  Dr. Koidahl

We are thrilled to announce Dr. Leigh Koidahl has returned to the office after the birth of her first baby. Dr. Koidahl joined Southdale Ob Gyn in late July and was just getting her feet wet when one of life's greatest events occurred for her. In September, she and her husband welcomed a healthy baby boy into their family. It is exciting to have a new mom in our group. She will be experiencing a year of firsts (first Christmas, first smile, first tooth, etc.) right along with our patients. In addition to her busy home life, Dr. Koidahl is working toward her AIUM (American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine) certification. This certification requires rigorous standards to be met in the reading of ultrasound images. Once certified, Dr. Koidahl will join Dr. Tweedy and Dr. Crandall as excellent, highly qualified ultrasound readers for our clinic.

Dr. Koidahl is available for all appointment types. She is eager to see new and established patients for wellness visits and screenings, problem focused visits, as well as prenatal patients. Pardon our dust, but change we must!

We are very excited to announce that after several months of planning we are ready to kick off the renovation project at our Edina office!  Our elevator is currently being upgraded and is out-of- service until December 20th.  In January we will begin demolition work and construction to our suite.   Over the course of the next three months you will see a transformation to our front desk and waiting room, a new lab, new ultrasound room and updated exam rooms and hallways. The physicians and staff are eager for the work to begin and for the updated furnishings to arrive.  We are sure you will love our fresh, new, updated look once complete.
