Dear Member,

With Wednesday having been the first day of Spring, I'm pleased to say we are finally seeing signs that the city is warming up. Even with the colder temperatures, it's lighter longer, the days feel brighter, and New Yorkers seem to finally have a 'spring' in their step!

Each week, look forward to my personal snapshot of recommendations to get you through a New York minute, day, night, or weekend. My weekly updates will take you from this Friday to the next!

Enjoy!

Sincerely,

FeatureSpring into Fitness...

Below are some of my picks to get started in the new season. Visit my Health Concierge Edition for all of my wellness recommendations.

As the temperatures continue to rise, get ready to visit the window bars and outdoor cafe tables at the locations of Barry's Bootcamp. A FUEL BAR will serve healthy options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Join their walking clinics every Saturday in Central Park at 9:30am. Warm up, cool down, stretch, and mingle.

A hip new look for Lululemon was created in their latest shop in the Meatpacking District. It's industrial and chic, with a living room area that makes for cool surroundings.

Set to open in the next few days at The Sports Center at Chelsea Piers, it will be another wonderful addition to this wellness center.

ExtraExtras...

Springtime makes me want to purchase beautiful floral displays for my home. My personal picks for floral creations that are both exquisite and unique are Flowers by Yasmine and Franki Elizabeth.

New on the scene this year is the Tribeca Film Institute's (TFI) member program. Besides the VIP packages that are already on sale for the upcoming Tribeca Film Festival, the TFI program is a terrific new concept. Members receive year-round invitations to TFI happenings, which include Work in Progress Screenings and networking events... perfect for theater buffs like me!
