Reps. Lee Terry (R-NE) and Richard Neal (D-MA) have come together as former locally elected officials to introduce a resolution celebrating the 100-year anniversary of the tax exemption for municipal bonds.  It is House Joint Resolution 112.

This resolution helps make the case for tax exempt bonds, and will provide an opportunity for an enhanced grassroots campaign encouraging Members of Congress to publicly support tax-exempt municipal bonds by cosponsoring the resolution.
