Pass it on...
We love when kids want to do what they see us doing (well, not everything!) and why shouldn't they learn to knit? We have a Kid's Class starting on January 31st from 4:30 - 6:00. We would love to have a group of kids here to learn "our" craft. Give us a call if you have a young person in your house that would like to learn to knit!

Jane did this adorable Little Willow sweater using our special color! This was made using Lorna's Worsted in Tibatink! We love the finished product and we have a feeling that granddaughter Raegan will too!
This is the Pennywood Shawl that have on the blocking blocks...I used Misti Alpaca Handpaint Sock yarn and Adele from Tahki Stacy Charles. |

Author Visit!! Book Signing!
My father tends to like power outages. Not because he likes to live as they did on "Little House on the Prairie" but because he's a pediatrician and he knows that 9 months later, there could be a baby boom. That being said, with the outages from Hurricane Sandy, the end of June and July we could have a population boom in our area!
We have just the book for the expectant knitters....whether they are the mom to be or the grandparent, aunt or cousin to be! What to Knit When you are Expecting is filled with adorable patterns modeled by very cute babies! Nikki Van De Car will be at Knit-a-Bit on Sunday, February 3 at 2:00 to sign these awesome books! Come by and see what we mean about the cute factor!!
