DOWNTOWN RETAIL UPDATE
January 2013
Greetings,

The past year was an exciting one for downtown. We welcomed 14 new retailers with six additional on the way, including downtown's first specialty grocer Hills Market on Grant Ave.

There is currently over $309 million worth of investment under construction in the urban core with nearly 1,500 housing units proposed or under construction.

Here's to a prosperous 2013!
