New Parking Meters on High Street
City crews have begun installing the new credit card parking meters on both sides of High Street between Goodale and Mound Streets. The first 30 meters on the west side of High Street are up and running, accepting credit cards and coins. While there will be rush hour parking bans in place, the added parking will be beneficial to retailers. One study suggests that one parking meter can yield between $125,000 - $190,000 in annual retail spending. New Nationwide Office Building
Nearing completion at the corner of Nationwide Boulevard and Front Street, this new office building will bring approximately 1,000 new jobs to downtown. Downtown will benefit from more diners, more shoppers, and more pedestrian traffic. Welcome New Businesses: The Vinyl Frontier 51 E. Gay St.
