Hi everyone!  Can you believe it's mid-August already? Popular belief is that the real estate market slows down in the summer months (the phrase 'dog days of summer' comes to mind). But that's not the case this year, or for for the last few years for that matter.  Details in the two sections below.

Here's the July Housing Market Update from the REBGV. Spring's strong market continued through July, and for some sub-markets, August sales are strong so far.
