Hi everyone!

Aren't we enjoying wonderful weather this week?  Let's hope it lasts right through this Victoria Day weekend.  For you urban cowboys & girls, it's rodeo time out in Cloverdale!

 

Spring is generally the busiest time of year in real estate, and especially true this April.  Affordable Port Coquitlam was the hottest area, with two-thirds of the listings sold!  Van East, North Van and New West continue to be very active seller's markets as well.
