Happy New Year everyone!

2014 is off to a good start with the sunny weather we're about to enjoy for the next week - at least for those who prefer staying close to home!  For you ski-enthusiasts, here's a link to snow-forecast.com with up-to-date conditions at all BC ski resorts.

In the world of real estate, this could be a very good time to sell (if that's one of your New Year's resolutions).  Though sometimes it can be harder to sell in the winter, winter buyers are serious & you're more likely to get an offer closer to list price. There's always a demand for well-priced, quality homes.
