Hi everyone!  Hope everyone enjoyed a wonder Thanksgiving weekend with family and friends, and that the effects of tryptophan have worn off...

 

The local real estate market was quite strong in September, with sales and listings activity at levels that match long term averages.  And prices remain relatively stable.  See the Market Stats section below for specifics.
