Hi everyone! Well here we are - the middle of September. I can never get over how time just flies by! The first day of fall is just around the corner, so here's a link to everything you ever wanted to know a few facts about the Autumnal Equinox. Switching to real estate, August was (predictably) a slower month than July, but busier than last year. However, sales of single family homes were brisk (seller's markets) in: East Van, North Van, Ladner, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Pitt Meadows, North Delta, Cloverdale and Langley.
