Hi everyone!  I hope you've all been enjoying our stretch of lovely weather this summer (today being an exception).  Of course, things may change now that the Fair at the PNE starts on Saturday, but the 14 day forecast looks good so far!

 

Switching to real estate, July was a busy month for new listings as well as sales.  No usual summer slow down here. TD bank's view is that the surge in buying is likely from home buyers with pre-approved mortgages taking advantage of continuing low mortgage rates.  We'll have to see what August and September bring.

Check out what's happening in your area - July was a busy month!
